About Waikoloa

Waikoloa Village offers restaurants, golfing, activities and my favorite a short drive to Anaehoomalu Bay or better known as “A-Bay.” This beach offers a long crescent of white sand and is a popular spot for diving and snorkeling. It also offers many archaeological sites including two fish ponds and educational plaques. A-Bay also has showers and picnic tables. My feeling is you will love this home and the lifestyle that Waikoloa has to offer.

Mahalo Tara! I’m looking at this again now that over a year has paased and its helpful to compare. That home ended up selling on 9/2/2010 for $265,000. I jog by this home several times a week and the new owners have spruced it up a bit! Thanks!
