Looking at Waikoloa Village condos for sale, the October sales figures show a softer market with just four sales. This is a decrease from September sales numbers of six condo sales.

Looking at the average sales number of $156,500, it looks like a fairly good month, but this average sales number is raised up by one sale at $330,000. Half of the sales were below the $100,000 level.
Looking at future sales in the escrow pipeline, there are only eight condos in escrow at this time. Most of these sales (five total) will be distressed property sales of either a bank owned property after foreclosure (REO) or a short sale.
At this time, there are a large variety of condos for sale with a total of 46 choices for Waikoloa Village. There continues to be a fairly large number of condos priced below $100,000—six total right now.
