Hi Erika,
Could you provide recent comp sales in this subdivision, and also do you have other 2 bedrooms listed. I have been in a friends unit near this location. Question on the elevator, as I recall the elevator is a secured elevator that opens into the unit, is that the same for this space. Thank You Jim
