Looks as the market is really picking up in WBR. I hear there all western facing Vista condos are in escrow. The Shores has multiple villas in escrow, one not a MLS listings. Kolea now has 22 owners looking to sell the smaller units at $800,000 +. I have had multiple “will you sell” inquiries from renters of my condos… looking for the deals they passed up in 2011. I can only see the upswing continue to another peak in 2017/18.

We agree. The condo market bottomed over a year ago. Still very good prices compared to the height of the market and, in many cases, the original prices when the condos were new. Upside is there.
