Waikoloa Beach Resort Developments – Kohala Coast Big Island of Hawaii

Residents at Kolea enjoy the only direct beach access of any condominium development on the Kohala Coast. Completed in 2005, these large 2 and 3 bedroom condominium apartments were planned and constructed in harmony with their privileged location beside Anaehoomalu Bay.
There are five floor plans available ranging from the 1270 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom units to the 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom units comprising 2147 square feet. All floor plans include an expansive great room that combines an open plan gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area. Kitchens come well equipped with large double door Sub-Zero refrigerators, separate built-in ranges and double wall ovens, granite countertops, and African mahogany cabinetry.

Naupaka Kai Place
Named after the hardy naupaka bushes that you find all along the coast of the Big Island, Naupaka Kai Place is a truly one of a kind opportunity to live on the water in the heart of paradise. A private gated community consisting of only 11 lots ranging in size from approximately 3/4 to 1.5 acres, each of the nine ocean front lots at Naupaka Kai Place enjoys 200 feet or more of shoreline frontage. While much of the Kohala coastline consists of lava cliffs that make access to the water dangerous or even impossible, the coral pebble strewn shore fronting Naupaka Kai Place allows relatively easy access to the water for fishing, tide pooling and hiking along the coastal trail. The newest addition to the Waikoloa Resort’s collection of luxurious vacation homes, these 2 and 3 bedroom condominium townhomes have piled on the amenities to create the perfect private retreat while still being conveniently located in the heart of the resort property.
