Here is the updated information on condo sales and price in the Waikoloa Beach Resort for April and May:

What This Means

While the number of condos sold has not gotten back to the early 2011 range, it seems to be heading in the right direction for a recovery.

Following the recent trend, prices continue to push up from recent lows. We continue to tell our clients that while there are some great deals still to be had, we feel the bottom of the market has passed.

At the time of this writing, the number of active listings in the Waikoloa Beach Resort was just 39. That’s the lowest we can recall, and based on the sparse inventory, it’s likely the above trends will continue.
