Waiki’i is so beautiful and the rain has certainly made things nice and green. The ten acre lots will have a reduced maintenance fee as of Jan re-adjusted down to $360.00 per month.
This home is very cozy and has a lot of light during the day through the many windows. There are Three fully fenced paddocks in place for horses also. This is a nice value at Waiki’i Ranch.
