#1. The Windsor Unit 2103. The Windsor often tops my lists of favorites in any category here in Waikiki. Located off Eaton Square in a quieter more residential section of Waikiki, this building has lots of elegant touches.

Positioned on the 21st floor, this unit has drop dead views of Diamond Head and the rest of Waikiki, hardwood flooring, and an updated kitchen. The complex has a gorgeous lobby and great pool. Pet friendly, too.
#2. 250 Ohua 7E. If a view of Diamond Head is important to you then this is the unit you want. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and spacious rooms make this condo stand out from the crowd.

It’s a smaller, well maintained building with a pool. I love the location – close to the beach, the park and the restaurants of Kapahulu.
#3. Loft at Waikiki #304. The Lofts aren’t for everyone, but if you love high ceilings, arched windows, and a great central Waikiki location, you should take a look. If that isn’t enough, add in a spacious lanai and a great kitchen.

These are enjoyable spaces to live in, not just an expanded hotel room like so many condos here. Speaking of the location, the new Ritz Carlton is going in right around the corner.
#4. Waipuna 2307. Pick this one for its curved lanai with the amazing view. Just around the corner from the Windsor you will find the Waipuna.

The curving, wavelike architecture is unmistakable. The curves provide for wonderful lanais and this unit’s lanai is no exception. Perfect for coffee in the morning and mai tais at sunset.
#5. Aloha Towers Ewa Building 2701. This unit is unlike any other in the complex. I’ve always been a fan of Aloha Towers with their great 70’s style and fantastic location right near the Royal Hawaiian, but this corner unit has two lanais and a sweeping ocean view. Hard to match anywhere in any building, especially for the price.
