Roni Marley and Neal Norman Named #7 and #6 on Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 100 Realtors For 2012

Just recently, Hawaii Life’s Roni Marley and Neal Norman were both given the honor of being named to the Top 100 Realtors for 2012 by Hawaii Business magazine. This is Roni’s fourth consecutive year on the list and her highest position yet, at #7 with just over $42 million in total sales. Neal seems to have a fixed position amongst the Top 25 and this year he came in at #6 with just under $45 million in total sales.

List Criteria

The list is compiled using the MLS databases from the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Realtors Association of Maui, and Hawaii Information Services, which manages the MLS data for the Big Island and Kauai. The criterion for consideration is limited to single-family homes and condominiums — with land-only and multi-family sales being excluded from the tally.

Noteworthy

It should also be noted that what’s perhaps most impressive about both of their accomplishments is that, amongst the Top 25, the average number of transactions was 34, yet Roni made #7 with only six sales and Neal made #6 with only ten sales. This is another testament to the fact that both Roni and Neal’s ability to sell high-end luxury real estate is second to, well, just a few others.

Go Roni!
Go Neal!

From myself and all of us here at Hawaii Life, congratulations Roni and Neal, we’re proud of you both!

Aloha,
Miriam

Congratulations to Roni and Neal! Fewer transactions at a higher price point is an enviable business model.

That is just awesome! You don’t get on this list by being a slacker! Congratulations Karen, Neal, Roni, and Dano on your hard work and this esteemed accomplishment! P.S. I know personally that Karen Bail has a great, relaxed style that clients must recognize. I admire her as a colleague.
