Hawaii Life Agents from each major Hawaiian Island have been asked to pick out luxury deals using market knowledge of their respective neighborhoods. The list was then voted on by the Hawaii Life staff and posted to Top Ten Real Estate Deals. what you get is a variety of hot properties in the upper price range, but each listing included is a steal. Here are a few of my favorites:
- Hanalei Bay Beachfront for $2.25M – This will probably be the last opportunity to by on the Bay at this low of a price.
- Diamond Head Villa reduced by $1.5M – Not to mention the home next door sold for 40% + more in 2005.
- “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous†Producer’s former home – In Oahu’s most exclusive community.
