How to Improve Your Chances of Receiving More Offers on Your Oahu Home For Sale

I generally enjoy writing my blog with my personal stories and experiences, but Susan Kim in San Francisco did such a great job explaining the tremendous benefits of staging, I decided to post a link to her story, “11 Tips to Sell Your Home.” She, like I, understands the importance of re-designing your home before you bring it to the market. In addition to reading her article, help improve your chances of receiving more offers for your Hawaii home for sale by considering the following tips.

Things to Do Before You Bring Your Home to Market

You could certainly follow her tips and improve the chances of selling your home. However, I will actually professionally stage your home for free when you list your home for sale with me. Our re-design expert will do many of the things you see in Susan’s article and/or whatever it takes to improve the image and mood your home projects to the buyers as they walk in the door.

I also own Stage It Hawaii, an upscale home staging company, and have over $140,000 in furnishings to assist you in making your home the best looking one on the market. You may also want to listen to my radio show “Stage It To Sell It” every Saturday at 4PM on AM channel 830 for more tips on how to sell your home faster and for more money.

I’m sure you will enjoy Susan’s article and please make sure you call me before you list your home with anyone else. You will be glad you did. Have a great day!!
