The Secret About Waterfront Property in Kailua, Oahu

Oceanside on Kailua Bay

Kailua, Hawaii is famous for the multi-million dollar beachfront areas of Lanikai and Kalaheo, but there is an affordable option for waterfront property in Kailua.  The Enchanted Lake neighborhood, along the Ka’elepulu waterway, offers waterfront homes with ocean access at a much lower price, so you too can live your “Hawaii Life”.

Enchanted Lake: The Other Kind of Kailua Waterfront

Roughly 200 homes in Enchanted Lake offer canal or lakefront access.  Living here means you’ll be free to:

  • paddle your kayak or SUP to the beach instead of searching for a parking space
  • boat to dinner at Buzz’s Steak House
  • dodge the weekend beach traffic in Lanikai
  • watch the canoe paddling teams practice while lounging in your backyard
  • golf at nearby Mid Pacific Country Club
