This is quite reasonable, considering that sewer and water can cost $200 a month for a single family home alone.
These fees also cover security patrol for this gated community, and many amenities – swimming pool with cabana, large BBQ area and recreation room for family gatherings, conference room for business meetings, and a pretty walking/jogging path.
