Talk Story #13 – The Allure Waikiki Has New Ownership

The Allure Waikiki has new ownership with new decor and new pricing planned.

I have good news! A luxurious new high-rise condominium, the Allure Waikiki, has new ownership. ST Residential and the company is already planning to change the overall lobby decor and public areas with a new ‘international’ look.

Plus…revamping prices for the remaining 150+ unsold units to accommodate the current market! This is going to be interesting to see the exciting changes. Besides the original developer units, there are three condos available now ranging from $619,000 to $1,550,000 as resales.

A lovely side garden entrance and a beautiful spacious pool area.

Conveniently located near the dual Ala Wai canal walkways, which meander toward the ocean and boat harbor.

Or, just a quick walk over the bridge to the Honolulu Convention Center where it backs up to the canal.

Kalakaua Avenue is the main thorough fare through Waikiki to Kapiolani Park. What a great way to enjoy the sights, sounds, shopping, and beaches as you stroll toward Diamond Head.

Just a hint—Da Bus, or the trolley system, is excellent just in case you get a little weary. Stop and have a cool beverage, and watch the sunset from your favorite beach location. Hawaii beckons to relax and enjoy life!
