Studio Available at Perennial Favorite, Maui Lani Terraces

Maui Lani Terraces in Honokowai has been a perennial favorite among Maui’s west-side residents for multiple reasons. At any given time, you can walk through the parking lot and bump into a few friends/acquaintances or even recognize a few cars. Neighbors and friends can relax poolside or even enjoy an impromptu BBQ, all which are part of the common areas. And don’t forget the location.

Located off a short driveway on Lower Honoapi’ilani Rd. (aka the Lower Rd), sidewalks on either side are bustling with morning fitness enthusiasts. Others are on “island time” and are meandering to any one of the multiple restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, boutiques or beaches located nearby.

As a sole residential complex, meaning long term rentals only, it has become a nice little neighborhood for affordable condo dwellers, composed of studios, 1 bed/1 bath, and 2 bed/1 bath units.

Newly reconfigured and remodeled kitchen

G-309 (MLS 377451) is a completely remodeled penthouse studio with ocean and sunset views from its ample-sized lanai. As an end unit, G-309 offers solitude from additional neighbors and an extra half wall built within the studio helps to block road noise and separates the living/sleeping area from the front door.

Upgraded bathroom

A built-in murphy bed with adjoining bookshelves completes the full-unit remodel with hardwood floors and upgraded kitchen and bath. For comfort and convenience, G-309 contains a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and stackable washer/dryer tucked away in the large mirrored closet. This studio also comes with a parking stall but you may not need it since the complex is located on a Maui Bus route.
