Steve Nickens Joins Hawaii Life Team

Aloha, my name is Steven Nickens, and I have been selling real estate on Maui for 27 years. Our company Wailea Realty Corp has just merged with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. Wailea Realty is located in The Shops at Wailea. An established real estate firm in Wailea since 1973, the year I first arrived on Maui. So how does this affect me with our company merging with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers.

A Positive Merger

Well first off I see this as a very positive merger. The company is now called Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. So that is the new name of our company, and the Shops at Wailea office will be changed from Wailea Realty Corp, to Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers.

Offices Island-Wide

Hawaii Life also has offices in Kihei, Lahaina, Kapalua, and Paia Maui, which is a benefit to me being that I work island-wide. This will give a bigger footprint on the island with the different offices Hawaii Life has to offer. Next I am very impressed with Hawaii Life’s team. Number one they are there to support their agents with a team made up of marketing, tech support, design team, escrow coordinators, and a strong global web presence. Hawaii Life has over three million visitors a year.

Hawaii Life also has offices throughout the Hawaiian Islands, which give us a strong presence in the State of Hawaii. Hawaii Life is a leader in luxury home sales in the State of Hawaii. So new beginning is always exciting. Working with Hawaii Life’s team is a step up for me in my real estate career with offices throughout the state, and a strong internet presence.
