I agree, Maui’s north shore is like stepping back into old Hawaii; it offers more of a laid back island style of living. The interesting (and nice) irony is that those who loves the laid back lifestyle are also into this high adventure sports such as windsurfing, surfing, kiteboarding, and standup paddling which are popular in this area. And I agree – it’s a great buy. This will not last long in the market.
