Spotlight on Betty Jean Arias – A Hawai‘i Island Realtor Raised In Beautiful Waimea

Born in Kohala and raised in beautiful Waimea, Betty Jean Arias loves the simple, outdoorsy lifestyle and natural beauty of the Big Island of Hawai‘i. “I feel Hawai’i Life is the right fit for me because the company stays true to our Hawai‘i culture, gives back to the community, and supports our island,” says Betty Jean.

With more than 15 years of sales experience in the events and meeting industry, Betty Jean launched her real estate career three years ago. She loves that it allows her to stay dedicated to meaningful friendships and give back to others. “One of my greatest joys is helping first time home buyers achieve their dream of buying their first home here in Hawai‘i.”

Betty Jean currently lives in Waikoloa Village with her family and her fur baby, Cocoa. They enjoy being outdoors, taking advantage of the Kona-Kohala Coast‘s abundant sunshine. The area is home to many residential resort communities, like the iconic and super-luxe Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, with private clubs, watersports, spas, fine dining, and some of the state’s prettiest beaches right at their doorstep.

Being on the west-facing Kohala Coast means catching plenty of beautiful sunsets and watching the sunrise over Hawai‘i Island’s formidable peaks, often snow-capped at this time of year due to their high-altitude. Betty Jeans enjoys riding bikes through the local terrain with her family, playing tennis, practicing yoga, dancing hula, and trying out new recipes in her kitchen.
