South Maui Golf Course Gets a New Name & Upgrades

The Elleair Golf Course in Kihei has a new owner. Peter Savio, the Oahu developer and owner of the Pagoda Hotel, recently purchased the Elleair Golf Course, along with the Maui Beach Hotel. The Elleair Golf Course will now be called the Maui Nui Golf Club.

The Maui Nui Golf Course is an 18-hole course and is suitable for players of any skill level. In addition, players can take advantage of the lighted driving range. Savio plans to upgrade the buildings and the grounds of the Maui Nui Golf Course, including some upgrades for the driving range as well. Visitors and locals alike both love playing this course as the design combines fairness with a challenge.

Hokulani Golf Villas

If you just can’t get enough of the golf course, then you may want to consider purchasing a home in the Hokulani Golf Villas. The Hokulani Golf Villas is a new development in Kihei and is completely surrounded by the Maui Nui Golf Course.

With the insulation from the surrounding golf course, homeowners don’t need to worry about future projects or developments. The community offers single-family home living, with the convenience of condominium living. Homeowners can enjoy an infinity edge pool and clubhouse along with lush tropical landscaping throughout the community.

Hokulani Golf Villas #5 is a great two-story home overlooking the 18th green at the Maui Nui Golf Course. This home also has great views of Haleakala. This home is not a developer offering and is move-in ready!
