Smartest Buy For a Honolulu Condo at the Ultra Luxurious Trump Towers Waikiki

Trump Towers Waikiki. The name that conjures up images of wealth, style, and sophistication. You’ve arrived.

You want to have a place in Waikiki, and you want it to be the latest, most chic, but well, frankly don’t want to spend millions on it? Think tailored, think form follows function, think live below your means: think Studio.

The Most Upscale Waikiki Condominium Building

Trump Tower Waikiki studios are the right choice for those of us who revel in the urban experience. You’ll live in the most upscale building Waikiki has seen to date, and the city will be at your command, with the best shopping and finest restaurants within blocks of you.

Trump Tower Waikiki owners indulge in perhaps the finest services offered to any on Waikiki:

  • An Ocean View Lounge Featuring Superb Indoor and Al Fresco Dining
  • A State-of-the-Art Fitness Center
  • A Library
  • A Spa Offering Authentic Hawaiian Healing
  • A Glorious Infinity Pool
  • Valet Parking
  • And Perhaps Best of All – 24/7 Room Service

Smartest Condo Buy at Trump Tower Waikiki

Currently offered for sale, and my studio of choice, is Unit #1321 (MLS# 1114483). It has the distinction of being one of the few end unit studios, and this one comes with astonishing ocean and sunset views.

Efficient and compact are the keywords here, with a gleaming white marble bathroom, and a gorgeous and ingeniously designed kitchen perfectly capable of cooking dinner for two on those nights where you want to ‘nest in’ and leave restaurant hopping for another time.

All this and only $719,000. You can buy bigger condos for this price, sure, but they won’t be as new, as lavish, as uniquely “Trump” as only living at Trump Tower Waikiki can provide.

@Margaret It is gorgeous. And such a great location. Where else can you check out Prada and take a dip in the ocean within a block.

Very nice Erik. The Trump towers reminds me a lot of Honua Kai in Ka’anapali in terms of the amenities, level of finish, and price point. The feel of the location is certainly very different though-for someone who likes world class shopping and the night life while being able to walk to the ocean, Trump Towers is tough to beat.
