On Feb. 15th, Trump International Hotel had a gorgeous open house and announced their new “Signature Residence Program.” With the Signature Residence Program, the owner will get a taste of all the privileges of hotel residence life…and “live free” for up to two years.

This program will be custom fit to owner’s individual circumstances and preferences based on the following categories:

  • Furniture moving
  • Full-time parking privileges available
  • On and off-site storage solutions

2. A complimentary taste of the privileges associated with making Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk home:

  • 20 room nights a year in a studio suite for your guests
  • 10 round trip airport transportation in the Trump Maybach or Escalade
  • 40 days of housekeeping

3. Living free…for up to two years:

  • Developer pays your maintenance fees, electricity, property tax, and will assist with the re-assessment process to establish the lower, non-rental property tax rate.

This Signature Residence Program was created for the homeowner that chooses to make Trump International Hotel their home in Waikiki and who appreciates the privileges associated with hotel serviced living.
