Seller’s Tip: Get Your Hawaii Home Sold with Solid Marketing

When you first meet with your Broker, I am sure the top thing on your mind is, “How is my Broker going to market my property?! What is the quickest way I will get an offer in and get into escrow?”

There are quite a few ways to do that, but I always tell my Sellers that pricing a property correctly will get you into escrow very quickly. The one other thing I truly believe in is having a brokerage that has solid marketing for my clients. I truly believe that I have that brokerage for my clients with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. Here are some great examples of how Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers brings Buyers to you:

What About Luxury Listings?

Luxury Real Estate is something we love at Hawaii Life, and Hawaii Life luxury listings are exposed to even a greater sphere of international Buyers and Sellers.

Here is a great example of how our marketing team makes beautiful listing flyers to display in the home when Buyers tour your home, or for the listing flyer pocket on your For Sale sign in front of your home.

Here is a sample of our jumbo postcards that I love to send out to my clients’ neighbors to announce their new listing. This property (MLS# 282015) is a perfect example of pricing a property correctly and getting it sold quickly: 6 Days + 2 Offers + One Solid Escrow.
