Ritz-Carlton Waikiki Residences Sales Event

Ocean views from every residence, the best of Waikiki shopping and dining along Waikiki’s Luxury Row, the legendary service and amenities of a Ritz-Carlton property – these are what you can expect at the Ritz-Carlton Waikiki Residences now under construction. Hawaii Life is pleased to be able to offer our clients advance reservations to a private sales event July 9th, 2014 for the new East Tower.

Last year, the sales event for the first tower was a huge success with over 85% of the units selling out. With the first tower now mostly sold, they will be offering residences in the East Tower. In addition to getting first choice of residences, buyers at the sales event this July may also be eligible for special benefits, credits, and pricing not available after the event, when sales are opened up to the general public.

Take Advantage of all that Waikiki Has to Offer

All of the residences in the East Tower, from studios to the penthouse, will feature ocean views. Multiple pools, a spa, fitness center, and a children’s lounge are just some of the amenities.

The Ritz Carlton will also be home to Hawaii’s first Dean and DeLuca, BLT Market Café, and SHO Sushi. Gucci, Channel, and Tiffany’s are right outside. Nobu, Morimoto Waikiki, Bills Waikiki, and BLT Steakhouse are all just a stroll away as well. It would be difficult to find a better location to take advantage of all that Waikiki has to offer.

Reservations to the Private Sales Event

The Private Sales Event in July will happen simultaneously here in Waikiki as well as in Tokyo. I’m happy to reserve a spot for you. If you are interested, but cannot be at the event, I am also happy to represent you.
