We’ve been tracking condo sales in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The graph below shows the number of units sold for each month in 2011. Of the 5 sales recorded in August, 4 were REO (foreclosure) and 1 was a short sale.
The graph below shows the median sales price for the same period.
As of the date of this blog, there were 49 active condo listings at a median list price of $375,000. The inventory level is very low compared to previous levels. As inventory levels are not available for previous months, we will track this going forward and chart it when we have a few months to show. We will update these graphs at the beginning of each month.
