Resort Report – Mauna Lani Resort Sales and Prices (Jan. 2011 – Jan. 2012)

Mauna Lani Resort Condo Sales

The trend of units sold in Mauna Lani remains in a lower level than earlier in 2011, which is similar to the trend in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The highest sales occurred in Feb. and March of 2011, during the high season, but did not extend to May as did the Waikoloa Beach Resort stats.

Mauna Lani Resort Condo Median Sale Price

Looking at the median price graph, the trend here continues to favor sales in a lower price range. Given current economic conditions, it would make sense that lower price condos are more popular. There was one sale in Jan. 2012 at $2.1M at Mauna Lani Terrace, and this is a case where an average sale price would have made the graph look far different, but we have used the median price formula for the past year and it tells its own story.
