Only 2 Remaining Kukui’ula Club Villas in Poipu

East West Partner’s second offering of 7 Club Villas at Kukui’ula, designed for indoor-outdoor living, has nearly sold out in only a matter of a few months. As of today, only 2 of these contemporary 3,292 sq.ft., 4-bed, 4.5-bath, homes are currently available.

Villa Seven: Priced at $4.575M

Located near the lake’s second cascading waterfall feature and the 9th hole of the Tom Weiskopf golf course, Seven’s view extends beyond the course’s greens towards Kukui’ula Bay. Mindful community planning of the lot below allows for maximized ocean views. During the summer’s swells, stand-up paddleboarders surf the white water breaking off of the Bay’s lava rock jetty.

Villa Thirteen: Priced at $4.38M

Last, but not least – Thirteen offers verdant, panoramic views of the 9th fairway and peek-a-boo ocean views.

Club Villas at Kukui’ula

A collection of 13 contemporary, ocean view, single-family homes – each with a guesthouse, garage, and pool – conveniently adjacent to the clubhouse, spa, and other amenities, yet intimately designed for privacy. “A world unto themselves,” the homes capitalize on Kauai’s tropical climate, allowing a flowing indoor-outdoor floor plan that opens to the tropical landscaping and beyond to the Pacific Ocean. The homes also include multi-zone air conditioning, two optional furnishing packages, and five varying floor plans.

Apart of Kukui’ula’s Lodge Program, these homes are only a select few properties in Kukui’ula which allow for short-term vacation renting. Club membership at Kukui’ula, priced at $50,000, includes access to the Upcountry Farm and Lake, the spa, and the Tom Weiskopf golf course. Walking path development is currently underway to allow ease of access to the Shops at Kukui’ula’s restaurants, shops, and markets.

Developed by East West Partners, the Club Villas at Kukui’ula first phase sold out almost immediately. For the past 25 years, East West Partners involvement in luxury real estate extends from communities in Vail, Colorado to Charleston, South Carolina, Lake Tahoe, California, and Deer Valley, Utah, among many others.
