I like this unit. For someone who regularly travels to visit Waikiki Beach, this is a great alternative to a hotel room, and it generates income to help defray costs. Great job, Erik, thanks for showcasing this one!

@Margaret And when you aren’t there Outrigger is a great management company. They take care of bookings, cleaning and then just send you a check if there is a profit. Not too shabby.
