Pualani Estates First Quarter – Pualani Estates is Still Rocking with Sales!

The pace is unbelievable; it reminds me of our last boom in 2005…

Your lowest priced 3 bed/2 bath, 1,476 sq. ft. (MLS# 253538) for $325K

I can’t remember the last time I saw only TWO retail agents having a listing for sale in this subdivision and the rest the builder dominating the sales…

Brand New Home For Sale

Brand new home (MLS# 252979) 3 bed/3 bath, 1,680 sq. ft. for $398,980

Floor plan of (MLS# 252979)

So, the question is??? What does all this mean? We were told 2 years ago we were in recovery here in Hawaii?! No, there is no way! But yes, we sure are! The Kona market is up in sale price, while inventory is low…

Then, we are also seeing the signs in Oahu. Sunday Open Houses are full, sales are up, inventory is low. Check out Oahu Homes for Sale! Also, here is a great blog from one of my associates in Oahu.

Rare, Large Lanikai Property For Sale

4 bed/2 bath, 2,316 sq. ft. (MLS# 1114072) listed at $5.75Mil

I so love this home in Lanikai…

Enter the rambling island garden under stately Kamani trees where lawns extend to a trellised patio surrounded by orchids. This rare, large property has wide steps down to swim in the calm Lanikai water. A gracious single level home by Val Ossipoff, and later Alfred Preis, features polished concrete floors and enjoys incomparable views of the Mokulua islands.

This home has a true relaxing essence about it that I think most people would fall in love with. No, it is not your updated granite kitchen, fancy master bath shower, but a true Hawaiiana feel. A separate one bedroom cottage for guests is also located on property.

This is a true dream of mine…it is not too late to get on the train…it’s just warming up!

Aloha for now! See ya next time!

Hi Cath, Yes, it sure is… Can”t wait to see how the next few months pan out.. I really think it is sooner than we all thought with the recovery. This steady market was not in my crystal ball for a little while longer 🙂
