Private Marina Front Koko Isle Townhomes

Living the life in Koko Isle! Surrounded by the private Hawaii Kai Marina and near the foot of Koko Head Crater, is the Koko Isle community of 124 townhomes. Choose a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom townhome with 2 or 3 baths and enjoy the marina life.

Marina Front Living

Most of the homes sit directly on the marina, and each has space for a private dock. Interior units may also build a dock if a space in the common area is available. Whether motor boating, sailing or paddling, there is so much to do and so much fun to have.

Owners can explore the 266 acres of the private Hawaii Kai Marina or mosey out to Maunalua Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Whale watching or swimming in open water with the dolphins is a part of daily life.

Inside the marina, Koko Islers can shop, dine, see a movie, get a massage, or take a variety of classes. Costco is steps away from the Hawaii Kai Town Center docks. Koko Marina Shopping Center just across the marina provides dock space as well. There you can take in a movie, party at Kona Brewery or enjoy a leisurely dinner at Assaggio’s. Then cruise home under the stars!

Staying at home in Koko Isle is fun as well with a saltwater pool and spa, an expansive lawn, and a recreation room with a view. Bicycle riding and running are always a good choice in this private enclave.

Children have the freedom to roam safely in this community and to attend some of the best schools in the state.  Koko Isle is within the Kaiser School Complex in which all elementary, middle, and high schools have International Baccalaureate designations. These schools are consistently rated among the top in Hawaii.
