My family and I had the recent opportunity to stay at the Honua Kai Resort this past weekend for a special Maui broker’s event where the new Honua Kai price reductions were announced.
The Stice Ohana had a great time in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in the Konea Tower of the Honua Kai Resort. This particular unit would have previously gone for about $1,550,000, but now can be picked up around the $1,175,000 range. This is roughly about a 35% price reduction on this Honua Kai unit for sale.
