Price Reduced: Poipu Condo says “E Komo Mai” to Man’s Best Friend

I recently was asked to help a client find a condo in Poipu that would allow them to bring their beloved pet with them and what I found was very limited. Being a pet owner myself, I never realized how few condos allow pets and how few of those are actually active listings.

Mahalo Ilona for finding me a Poipu condo!

We did find this stunning Kahala Unit (MLS# 222645) in the Poipu Kai area that was a real winner. It has been recently remodeled and is one of the true 2 bedroom units in this large and beautiful complex. It is a ground floor unit and features upscale cabinetry, granite counters, glass block shower and is beautifully furnished. Currently a vacation rental property, it is managed by Aston, one of the on-site management companies.

Price: $675,000 ($-24,000)

Kitchen of the pet friendly Poipu Kai condo

There are currently only two 2 bedroom Kahala units actively listed and this one really caught my eye. I think my clients with dogs will be very happy with this new home away from home for them and thier little 4 legged family member.

If you need help finding a place for you and your “family” I would be happy to help you.

Great to know. Good pet friendly buildings are hard to find in Honolulu too.
