Plantation Hale is probably the most affordable way to own a condo with a full kitchen and over 600 sqft in Kapaa. The C building, in particular, is desirable because it has a view of the Nounou Mountain. The complex itself is close to the beach and located on the makai side of the highway in Kappa.
