First Come, First Serve
Once Building 4 units are released for sale, the developer, Brookfield Residential, works chronological order with reservation holders. Reservation holders have 48 hours to decide if they would like to move forward with a contract and picking their new home finishes. If a reservation holder declines, the developer simply moves on to the next reservation in line. The preregistration agreement is non-binding; it is not a sales contract for the purchase of the unit.
