It was a very nice party—thanks to all the neighbors who came and especially to the neighbors who brought the potential buyers! A special mahalo to Jeff and Sandy Sandin for their contributions.
I had probably 15+ neighbors with 2 guests interested in seeing the home with the possibility of purchasing. How exciting! Jim Chickles, an agent with MacArthur and Company, brought his buyers along to join in the pupu party.
