With the condo’s open-concept design, you can see from the kitchen across the living room to the private lanai and landscaped grounds beyond. In fact, because this is an end unit on the ground floor, it offers bonus open green yard space around the lanai with a private gated entry from the lanai to the yard. The condos at Elima Lani are also one of the few complexes in Waikoloa Village that allows small pets.

Why Waikoloa Village?

This condo is conveniently located between the Waikoloa Village Shopping Center and the Robert Trent Jones-designed Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Amenities at Elima Lani include two swimming pools and BBQ areas within the complex. Plus, as a property owner in Waikoloa Village, members of the Waikoloa Village Association can take advantage of the community association’s large solar heated pool, golf course, and tennis courts.

Waikoloa Village Members Association – Pool/Golf Course/Tennis Courts

Readers of my blog will recall that I wrote recently about what it’s like to live in Waikoloa Village. Having spent nearly my entire life living in South Kohala, I’ve lived in Waikoloa Village and really enjoyed my time living there. In addition to amenities like the pool and tennis, there’s lots of services available in Waikoloa, that make day-to-day living easier, like a nearby post office, supermarket, gas station, restaurants, medical offices, and more.

Another reason many people seek out Waikoloa Village is its convenient location. Living here, you’re only a 10-minute drive from white sand beaches, luxury resorts, and lots of outdoor activities.
