In the heart of the beautiful Mauna Lani Resort is a private resort-residential enclave called Pauoa Beach.  A client of mine calls Pauoa Beach “the best oceanfront members club on the Kohala Coast!” And it is. Truly.

Fronted by white-sand beach and a protected swimming ocean bay (with some of the best snorkel and diving spots on the coast as well as tide pools and surf breaks), the Pauoa Beach Club offers its members and their guests a 100 foot lap pool, a 2000 sqft recreation facility with exercise room, his and her locker rooms, massage areas, indoor/outdoor showers, Jacuzzis, steam/sauna, a keiki/child sand-bottom pool, an entertainment pavilion with a full kitchen, gracious manicured lawns and a just-off-the-sand storage facility for ocean toys like stand up paddle boards and kayaks.  Pauoa Beach also has a full-time residential manager, security and a manned entry gate.
