Only 16 Condos/Townhomes on the Market in Hawaii Kai

Are you looking for a condo or townhome in Hawaii Kai? There aren’t too many on the market to choose from right now. Prices start at $600,000 for a two bedroom, two bath unit at the Heritage House (MLS #202203244) to $1,390,000 for a penthouse at the Plaza Hawaii Kai (MLS #202129504). Both buildings are high rises and both are popular among Hawaii Kai residents. If you want a view and nice amenities, these two buildings are worth viewing.

Townhome in Mariner’s Village 3

Most of the available properties are in high-rise condos, but if you are looking for a townhome, there’s a cute three bedroom unit for sale at Mariner’s Village 3. It’s a three bedrooms with a covered lanai and two side-by-side parking stalls. It’s listed for $699,000 (MLS #202201563). I love this community as there are lots of wide-open green spaces and a great clubhouse and pool!

For Sale at the Colony at the Peninsula

Hawaii Kai has a variety of condo buildings and townhome projects. Most were built in the 1970s and 1980s, though there are some newer buildings. For example, the Colony at the Peninsula was built in 2005. There are currently two units on the market. Both are two bedroom, two bath units. Unit #7111 listed at $790,000 has 1,287 square feet under roof (MLS #202201879) and unit #8560 listed at $799,000 has 1,345 interior square feet (MLS #202203169). The Colony at the Peninsula is a gated community on the marina with great walking paths and beautiful amenities.

Marina-Front Living

If you want to live right on the water, check out 373 Kawaihae Street, #C (MLS #202203051). It’s a three bedroom CPR unit that feels a bit like a single-family home. You’ll enjoy boating, kayaking, and stand up paddling right outside your back door.

Hawaii Kai has a wide variety of condos to choose from, so even though there are only 16 units currently available,  you still have choices. Good choices.
