You are correct Annie. One of the benefits of Alii Cove is that it is a residential complex where short term vacation rentals ARE limited. The residents really appreciate this because guests staying 30 days or more are less likely to be in full “vacation mode”- noisy and rowdy. And owners who are not here full time do have the option for rental income. The location of this complex can’t be beat- across the street from a sandy beach and and easy walk to town.
