Own an Ocean View Hawaii Penthouse at an Affordable Price of $439,000

(Honolulu, Hawaii) When I first discovered Hale O Kalani Penthouse 4, I saw it as a diamond in the rough. It is a rare 3-bedroom haven that is conveniently located in Makiki for a bargain price of only $439,000.

Imagine a penthouse for less than half-a-million dollars. This newly renovated gem has vintage marble floors. My daughter, Ashley, and I had the pleasure of picking soothing colors, that have turned this precious condo into a sparkling beauty. Enjoy the newly installed Cameron golden fresh carpet to match wall colors called “Toasted Marshmallow,” “Cracked Wheat,” “Chopsticks,” and “Riviera Tan,” and yes, we were on a diet longing to lay out on the sandy beaches when we painted, so we picked delicious and warm colors.

The results, “DYNAMITE!” As soon as you walk into the place, you will start humming to the penthouse tune of the TV sitcom, “The Jeffersons.” Remember that? “I’m moving on up, to the penthouse; to a deluxe apartment in the sky!” Ah yes, JJ would be so proud, those were the days!

Enjoy koa shelves in the living room and second bedroom. The old marble is still intact in the kitchen, hallway, and dining areas. The new owners will have a ball choosing their own cabinets in the future. May I suggest chocolate colored ones to match the flowing chocolate curtains by Beth Uale? The master bedroom has some white classy plantation shutters that you will want to keep open to indulge in that ocean view, and the third bedroom gives you a peak of green mountains that you can only see in Hawaii.

Hey, take a look at that master bathroom. I did my version of a Belagio faux painting. Pretty funky, huh? This large 3-bedroom oasis is nearly 1,200 sq. ft. and is ideal for a business person, or a young family with an active lifestyle who wants to design a mini castle above the treetops of Makiki. This is a no-pet building, unless a buyer has a medical note from a physician.

Let’s take a closer look at a virtual tour of this Makiki magic:

I had the pleasure of decorating and staging this high-rise wonder. It is spacious and will blow you away—literally! The Hawaiian breeze is refreshing and the panoramic views of majestic mountains, including Diamond Head and a clear shot of Hawaii’s emerald waters, will take your breath away.
