Of the two, my personal favorite is a contemporary open floor plan with a courtyard entry backing onto a lava tunnel and the golf course buffered by a grove of Kiawe trees (MLS# 251780); very mystical! A bit high in price, in my humble opinion, at approx. $1,300 per ft., but…that is asking price.
A Unique Resort Community
Mauna Lani is also one of the few resort communities that does allow golf carts on the roads throughout the resort. How nice to jump into your cart and ride to the beautiful and prestigious Beach Club or the shopping center where there is a full grocery store, also unlike the neighboring resorts.
So far, this high end community has not had any sales…do you dare to be the first? My thoughts are that they are ready to “negotiate!”
