New Upcountry Maui Development Offers Excellent Opportunities

Kua’Aina Mauka is a proposed development located on the lower slope of Haleakala in Pukalani town. The cottages are 2 bed, 1 bath, approximately 600 square feet with a carport. Lots will be approximately 3,500 square feet.  Prices will begin at approximately $350,000.

I was browsing through the internet and came across this website where eventually homes of Kuaaina Mauka will be built. Do you know when it will be built? If so how does it work? Do I need to fill an application and is it based on qualification?

Thanks for reading my blog. Do you have an agent yet? The developer is hoping to accept deposits in late fall. Are you looking for the house or cottage? The cottages are in more demand.
