Makalani Subdivision

Within 5 minutes (7 minutes if you sight-see along the way) is Makalani Subdivision, a gated and private 10 lot subdivision. The subdivision consists of 3 one-acre lots and 7 five-acre lots. Two lots sold previously for $800,000 each; one lot sold for a million. The buyer of the home featured in this blog will enjoy some very nice appreciation as the subdivision continues to develop.

Aloha Leiola, you hit the nail on the head — it is a hidden gem! Love to show you and your clients this extraordinary value. Oh BTW, I just heard from some friends today the type of products and produce that the two farmer’s market have in Waimea. Planning a trip there in a couple of weeks. Looking for rodies and azaleas….plus some farm grown goat cheese.
