New Homes Hoopili on Oahu

Hoopili has been building nonstop since the last video I shot. They’re building condos, flats, townhomes, commerical spaces, flex homes, multi-family homes, detached single family condominium homes and single-family homes.

Kaikoi at Hoopili

Kaikoi at Hoopili features studio and 1 bedroom market-priced residences plus 2 and 3 bedroom affordable condominium homes. There are currently 46 floor plans and they are approximatly 414 to 986 sqft. The homes inlcude a stainless-steel appliances, split A/C, wall to wall carpeting and vinyl flooring, and a smart home system.

They will also be building a recreation center in Kaikoi that will be available to all residents in Hoopili.

Kaikea at Hoopili

Next to Kaikoi is Kaikea. Kaikea is a blend of residential residences and commercial spaces. Kaikea will have approximately 134 multi-family homes, FLEX® homes, and commercial spaces. There are currently 29 floor plans for Kāīkea and they are aprroximately 548 to 2,030 sqft.

For the finishes in the home, DR Horton is adding elevated finishes including standard quartz countertops, tiled kitchen backsplashes, and other designer finishes.

Kohina at Hoopili

Kohina is located near the main entrance to Hoopili. The new homes that are currently being built are just past Festival Street. There will be approximately 116 multi-family homes and commercial spaces that are approximately 681 to 1,804 sqft.

There are currently 24 floor plans that inclue 1 to 4 bedroom townhomes, residential and commercial studios and FLEX® Homes. A Flex home allows for a home business to be run on the first level and residential on the second and third levels.

Mamaka at Hoopili

Mamaka is the first detached single family condominium homes at Hoopili. These homes are a little bit smaller then the other single-family homes that have been built. They are approximately 1,057 to 1,365 square feet. Mamaka has five floor plans to choose from that feature 3 and 4 bedrooms with two-car attached garages, or a one-car attached garage with a one-car carport that are both PV and EV ready.

The homes will include designer selected flooring packages, split A/C, stainless steel appliances, a solar hot water heater, landscaped yard with fencing and a smart home system.

Ikena at Hoopili

Ikena at Hoopili are the single-family homes. These homes are approximately 1,279 to 2,017 sqft. There are five floor plans to choose from that feature 3 and 4 bedrooms, two-car attached garages that are both PV and EV ready.

The homes will include designer selected flooring packages, split air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, ededible landscaping in the front yard and a smart home system.
