New Haiku Country Estates Listing

This is a very well cared for single-level home (MLS# 349359) for sale in Haiku Country Estates. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits on 2 acres of meticulously maintained land. There is a detached gazebo for all your entertaining needs. It also has a lighted palm tree driveway and a 3 car garage.

This beautiful home has central air, if you ever need it in Haiku, and a new fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. The gourmet kitchen has an induction Viking stove and convection oven, Fisher & Paykal dishwasher, and Miele refrigerator. Everything has special touches in this home. It’s priced at $910,000.

There are over $400K in upgrades on this property. I have more photos. Just ask.

It doesn’t sound like a good deal. You clearly dont live in the area otherwise you would know that its overpriced.

@Haiku Cliffs – Not once does Rustin say this home is a good deal. Also, he has not tagged it under deals, instead it’s tagged as luxury.

With that said, if you look at the Value Score it gets an 87/100. Why? Well look at the living area price/sf and land price/sf, they’re 11% and 5% below the neighborhood average, respectively. I’d say that’s fairly well priced.

However, there are some great deals, like this Haiku Home that gets a Value Score = 100
