There will be 8 homes released in this lottery. The single-family homes are priced from $755,585 to $875,905. The homes are 3 – 4 bedrooms, 2 – 2.5 baths, 1,108 – 1,817 square feet of living space, and have move-in dates around Spring 2021.

Lottery Applications
The lottery applications are due on Thursday, December 17, 2020 by 5:00 p.m., which consists of a lottery application and pre-qual letter.
The lottery will take place on Friday, Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
How the Lottery Works
Lotteries are now held virtually. On the day of the lottery, names are drawn from a bowl or bag. As names are selected, that’s the order you’ll select a home. For example, if your name is selected third, you would be the third person to select a home from what’s available on the list.
Having a realtor working for you, you won’t miss out on any of these opportunities. You’ll need an agent who is competent and can save you time and money. Plus, be there to walk you through the home buying process, be your trusted adviser, look over the contract, and be there every step of the way.
