New Awakea ‘Flex Home’ Offers Versatile Floor Plan
Awakea will have 115 homes, debuting eight new townhome floorplans that range from approximately 1,021 sq.ft. to over 1,800 square feet and ten commercial “spaces.”
An exciting new floor plan being offered is the “Flex Home.” A downstairs with a “flex” area complete with optional wet bar and separate entrance can be used as a private guest suite, family room, OR a business! The downstairs has the “flex” room, bedroom, bath, lanai, and stairway to the main upstairs living area.
The flex area can be blocked off and accessed through the separate entrance. In a similar unit in another complex in the Mehana Community there is a family who has set up a little coffee shop in their home – the possibilities are limitless!
Awakea at Mehana, meaning “midday sun” in the Hawaiian language, is located near plenty of Oahu’s amenities and just minutes from a few of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
