I Do This Job Full-Time and Love It!

When you hire me, you’re hiring a full-time licensed professional who loves her job and will make the home buying or selling process enjoyable for you and your family. We will start by discussing your real estate goals, objectives and concerns. I will advocate for you during the entire process. When you choose me, you choose a trusted advisor who will guide you through the process with the joy and excitement that should exist when purchasing or selling a property in paradise!

Experience that Matters

Having moved to Maui with my husband and four young children several years ago, I have a thorough understanding of the relocation process and can give suggestions on everything from moving companies, shipping costs, moving pets, schools, pediatricians, dentists, kids’ activities, and more.

I will provide you with current market conditions to help you make the best decision in this competitive market. You will receive data such as average price per square foot of similar homes, median and average sales prices in the neighborhood, average days on market and ratios of list-to-sold prices. This data, among other criteria, will help enable you to make a strong choice when buying or selling.

With many buyers not residing on Maui, I will be your eyes and ears, providing virtual showings and scoping out properties for you myself, letting you know first-hand how the condition is. I am so thankful for the relationships I build with my clients and the faith they put in me to guide them through this process.

A True Partner by your Side

Real estate transactions have the potential to be one of the most stressful times in a person’s life, and I am here to guide you through it with ease. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Administration, I bring a unique perspective to real estate. My experience will help ensure a smooth and seamless process for you whether you are purchasing or selling a home for personal use or for investment purposes.

You will receive regular, updated communication from me and will always be able to reach me. When I say I’m with you on this journey, it’s because I mean it and I care. I put my client’s interests above my own and recognize that a home is the center of a person’s life — often where they raise their children, gather to celebrate holidays, and entertain friends. Your memories will be wrapped up in this home and I want to help you find the best possible home where you feel comfortable.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals. As an honest, hard-working agent, I will work tirelessly for you, keeping your investment goals in mind throughout the process. This is about you and your family finding a place you can call home and I will be with you every step of the way.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions about Maui real estate. I would be honored to work with you and look forward to connecting soon!
