Napili Villas – Ocean Views on Maui’s West Side

Maui’s “West Side” is one of the most beautiful communities in all of Hawaii to a lot. Once you get past the tourist hub that is Lahaina and Kaanapali you would think you were on a different island altogether. When you take the Lower Ho’onopiilani Highway (aka “the lower road”) you get the feeling that you’re cruising down a road in any ordinary small town… aside from the tropical beauty oozing out of just about every possible crevice, of course.

The Lower Road to Napili

As you pass through Honokowai, Kahana, and into Napili, you catch sight of the beautiful beach parks as you take in the aroma of plumeria trees. If I were lucky enough to live in Napili, I would drive the lower road to and from my home as much as possible. It’s so relaxing to take in the sights and the sounds of the waves crashing. However, there is also the Ho’onopiilani Highway (aka the “upper road”).

Ocean and Mountain Views

Napili Villas is situated up on a small hill in the heart of Napili. Some of the units, including this one we just listed ACTIVE, enjoy both ocean views as well as views of the West Maui Mountains. There truly is nothing like a West Maui sunset; whether you’re watching it set over the ocean horizon or watching the spectacular coloring of the sky reflecting off the West Maui Mountains. The complex is close to some local shopping and a supermarket. You can also drive 10-15 minutes in either direction for a variety of shopping and dining options ranging from affordable to the very top end in quality and service. Napili Villas is minutes from world-renowned Napili Bay beach where you can find some of the best snorkeling and water activities on Maui. The resorts and beaches of Lahaina and Kaanapali are 15 minutes away and the luxurious resorts and beaches of Kapalua are even closer.

3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Unit

This second story corner unit condo has 9 foot vaulted ceilings with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in a cul-de-sac within the complex. The kitchen counters and matching backsplash are topped with Indian Gold granite including a large center island. The floor is tiled and all the appliances are new stainless steel including a fridge, microwave, and stove. The unit comes freshly painted with new waterproof luxury vinyl flooring in the living room and hallway. There is also brand new carpet in all three bedrooms, all new ceiling fans, and 5 new air conditioner units. The bathrooms are tiled and also with granite counter tops. The master bath comes with a double sink vanity and also contains the washer and dryer. The tiled lanai is large enough for dining and the complex allows the use of electric grills.
