Nanea at Kehalani was built by Spencer Homes in 1998. This neighborhood consists of 80 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,200-1,694 sqft. It can be a little tricky to find since it doesn’t have a neighborhood sign that reads, “Nanea,” like so many of the other developments in Kehalani.
Nanea at Kehalani is anchored by Papua St which has 5 full-sized cul-de-sacs all off the mauka (mountain) side of the street. Each cul-de-sac has 12 homes, many with original homeowners, which has helped to create little micro-communities within Nanea.
There is only one two-story floor plan. It’s 4 bed/2.5 bath and 1,712 sqft.
Nanea even has a one-story 4 bed/3 bath floor plan at 1,694 sqft. Single-story 4+ bedrooms are highly sought after and are rarely built, due to the large footprint and lot size they require.
Lot sizes range from approximately 6,000-8,000 sqft. Most are relatively level and are of uniform rectangular shape.
