Mauna Lani Resort Land Sales Update & Developer’s Opportunity

There have been three land sales in Mauna Lani land to date in 2013; one each in 49 Black Sands Beach, The Estates, and Pauoa Beach ranging from $750k to $1.25M. It’s interesting to note that in 2010 two lots sold, in 2011 five lots sold, and zero lots sold in 2012.
